Where Spider-Man: No Way Home crossed the $1 billion mark at the worldwide box office collection, Pushpa is not behind the game. Starring Allu Arjun, the film in its Hindi version has already collected 42 Cr. Thanks to the Pan-India release, Pushpa is all set to cross the 200 Cr club soon.
But with the rising Omicron variant all over the world, it seems the movie could get a hit. The box office collection of Pushpa may slow down because some theatres in Delhi will be shut down.
Pushpa has been a great show so far due to its uniqueness. You will see Allu Arjun portraying a totally different character as compared to his other movies. Though there is a constant panic over the pandemic, Pushpa’s box office collection is going gradually.
This is obviously a big celebration for the film crew. In the meantime, Allu Arjun has thanked all the audiences in the country. He said, ”I would like to thank the audience from all over the country. Everybody has been receiving this film fantastically well. I would like to thank each and everybody for showering so much love on the Telugu cinema, on Pushpa and coming back to the theatres. I am so happy that the Indian cinema is shining again.”
The Box Office Collection of PUSHPA Seems THE REASON OF Jealousy of Bollywood
So far Pushpa: The Rise has collected 198-199 Cr in all languages. It seems there is no way to halt it. Spider-Man: No Way Home couldn’t even hit its box office collection, though the new variant could slow down its business in the future as well as the whole cinema industry.
Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahad Faasil. Within just 12 days of release, the success has encouraged filmmakers not to stop. This is why the movie is going to release on Amazon Prime also so that there is no halt in the business. Though there is no fixed date yet, there is a buzz that the platform will start streaming from January 2022 onwards.
With such a grandeur collection, Pushpa has been a reason for Bollywood’s leading actors’ jealousy. Pushpa is a Telugu film released all over India that explores the story of a lorry driver becoming a leading red sandalwood smuggler in South India.
South Indian films are giving a tough competition to Bollywood, this is another example. Despite competition from Bollywood movies like Ranveer Singh’s “83”, Pushpa has managed to create its own identity. Pushpa’s success heavily depends on Christmas.
Warner Bros has already dropped The Batman trailer. Though there is no competition with Pushpa: The Rise, it’s time to see if The Batman can cross the threshold of the No Way Home’s $1 billion mark worldwide. The film seems to have its own unique identity which cannot be defeated.
